Everything still hurts and we’re dying 😩

Thursday-Tuesday is a blur, and everything around us is moving slow. Extra long Carnival = extra long recovery, right?

So we’re two days removed from Mardi Gras Madness, but we still haven’t recovered fully. Thursday-Tuesday is a blur, and everything around us is moving slow. Extra long Carnival = extra long recovery, right?

How to get over Mardi Gras withdrawals

Tuesday was a blast. An artic blast, but we still made it out to have some fun. How do you recover from your Mardi Gras Blues? We’ve got a few ways, including a host of epic eggs sandwiches – because let’s face it, we’re still waking up late this week.

Behind the scenes of Carnival couture

Surely while you were at the parades you oooh’ed and ahhh’ed at the fabulous mantles and headpieces of krewe royalty. One shop in Gentilly outfits almost 30 stunning designs, which take weeks to complete.

The Tweeting of the Courts

In standard New Orleans fashion, if you can’t beat ’em, make fun of ’em. ðŸ¤·NOLA Twitter took off Tuesday night, closing out Mardi Gras with a laugh as #RexComus poked fun at high society from the outside.
