Despite an unexpected fire during the Jingle on the Boulevard Parade, the East’s holiday parade rolled for the second year.

During the parade, the escort truck for the Royal Heat dance team caught fire at Hayne and Crowder boulevards, but the parade was rerouted to avoid the fire.
