Charity of Choice: Serenity Living Transitional Home

This organization assists young women between 18 and 25 who are facing homelessness. 

The Market: Pennsylvania Macaroni Company

This beloved neighborhood shop has been serving a variety of specialty products, including their world-famous macaroni, since 1902. 

The Challenge:

The contestants must cook an appetizer, entree, and dessert with a theme of “Yinz Eats” using the following ingredients:

  • Cheese
  • Bell pepper
  • Chipped meat

Bonus ingredient: Something pickled or brined

The Judges:

The chefs will each be judged on the criteria of taste, creativity and presentation. They will have 45 minutes to create the full three-course meal.
