From October 1st to October 9th spectators and balloon enthusiasts travel for miles to watch as hundreds of hot air balloons rise from Albuquerque. The world’s largest hot air balloon festival attracts thousands of visitors from around the world who come to see the colorful and creative shapes.
The annual fall event in Albuquerque creates an enchanted world of special shape balloon rodeos, twilight balloon glows, and vibrant balloon-filled skies. From Yoda to Joelly Bee, these soaring wonders have captivated millions in the southwest for the last 50 years.
