You have probably heard about the Allegheny Elks Lodge on the North Side. Even if you aren’t a member, Lodge #339 has gained some local and national attention for hosting Banjo Night every Wednesday.
Banjo night has got nothing on George Martin. George has been a member of the Allegheny Elks Lodge #339 for over 60 years and has been involved in all aspects of the Allegheny Elks Lodge #339. George is also the oldest regularly scheduled bartender in the Pittsburgh region.
To celebrate his 90th birthday last year, George served 90 beers.
