Picklesburgh is annual pickle celebration that takes place on the Roberto Clemente Bridge. The festival was such a success last year, that they have expanded and taken over part of Fort Duquesne Blvd.
We popped over to pick up a pickled snack for the Very Local team and snapped a few photos of the pickle lovers of Pittsburgh. This festival has lots of big dill pickles and is packed with pickle puns.

A pickle stuffed with a hot dog wrapped in bacon is a thing you can eat at Picklesburgh
One of the more interesting snacks we sampled was at the I’Dill Pickle tent. This selection of fried pickles is prepared by the Pittsburgh Irish Festival. We went all in and sampled the pickle, stuffed with a hot dog and wrapped in bacon.
