April Fools’ Day in NOLA 2019: The local gags, jokes
Here are this year's local jokesters.

After a trip around the sun (sorry, not sorry, flat Earthers), we’re back for another day of pranks, gags and jokes on April 1. In the media business, one has to be careful. Bosses will tell you if a story sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Now, across the interwebs Monday you’ll find plenty of jokes from the likes of Google (Tulip talking anyone?) or Halo Top’s edible ice cream face mask. But here at home, we’re cooking up gags of our own, many of which seem to point to smells of NOLA.
Without further ado, here are this year’s local jokesters. If you see more local businesses hamming it up, tag us with @verylocalnola and we’ll toss into this here bucket of belly laughs.

Well. Ok. 😒
The best way to make sure your brand is still relevant is to make a fake product that no one can actually buy and post about it on the same day as every other brand in the world
