The contents of controversial towing company owner and local fixture “Big” Lee Martin’s Metairie home are coming up for sale this weekend, according to The Occasional Wife. The LSU superfan’s home was filled with Tigers gear, including helmets, shower curtains, chairs and a purple felt pool table.

In addition to the potential haul of LSU tchotkes, Martin’s instantly recognizable decal-wrapped trucks are also for sale. While sellers initially hoped to sell the home and all of its contents as a package deal, the purchaser of the suburban home decline to buy the purple-and-gold furnishings.

Martin, who had a habit of getting into altercations around town, was killed in his driveway after arguing with his neighbor. According to reports, Martin’s nearly-octogenarian neighbor shot him after Martin sprayed him in the face with a water hose. 78-year-old Wayne Higgins is currently out on bail and has been charged with second-degree murder.

Check out photos of the items on offer here. The sale goes down August 24 and 25 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m at Martin’s former home at 615 Bonnabel Blvd. Metairie, LA 70005.
